Q) How quickly can you provide staff?

A) Once we understand your business we can provide staff as quickly as you need them. However, we don't over promise and under deliver. We will work with you so that your business meets the personnel levels required.

Q) How do you make sure they are the right people for our business?

A) We listen. Understanding your business is fundamental to finding you the right Temporary Staff. Once you have our team working for you, we conduct regular reviews of individual staff performance, enabling you and Opt 4 Personnel to provide feedback, leading to improvement or praise.

Q) How much of our employee induction training can Opt 4 Personnel do?

A) We ensure that new Temporary Staff on assignment to your business have undergone all induction training and documentation required by your business and arrive ready for work. We can take on as much of the induction process as you require. In most cases, all that is left is a site tour to point out all necessary Health & Safety procedures and equipment required for the safe operation of your business.
