About Opt 4 Personnel

We are a motivated team based in central Blenheim, South Island. Opt 4 Personnel began as a small operation, helping the guests of a large worker accommodation complex in Blenheim source work while visiting this beautiful district. Eventually outgrowing the small one office shed that Opt 4 Personnel called home. We can now provide a professional contract labour service to a variety of industries.

Kim Lewis David Lewis

Kim Lewis
Managing Director

Kim Lewis, Managing Director of Opt 4 Personnel, is responsible for the clear direction of the business and its team. Maintaining the values of our quality contract labour service across various sectors in the Marlborough district and providing our temporary staff with employment opportunities and responsible leadership are fundamental to our services.

After completing the site development of Duncannon Worker accommodation with David, Kim worked to actively build the team necessary to run an efficient site and recruitment service. She later took on the role of Operations Manager until mid 2012.

Opt 4 Personnel is a growing business with a solid foundation to move forward from. We believe in providing a quality service with consistent results.

 

David Lewis
Executive Director

David Lewis, Executive Director, founded Opt 4 Personnel with his wife Kim in 2011. He is responsible for strategic planning and keeping the business moving forward towards its overall goals. This ensures that the management team maintains the professionalism and high standards Opt 4 Personnel stands for.

With his ability to think outside the square and skills with business development, he has guided the team in creating a business with a solid foundation.

David comes from a background in forestry and property development. After establishing Duncannon worker accommodation in 2009 and building a diverse client base, David and Kim then went on to develop Opt 4 Personnel.

Greg Spark Sharon

Greg Spark
Branch Manager

Greg Spark, Branch Manager for Opt 4 Personnel, is responsible for the efficient running of the branch in Marlborough. His key roles are to coordinate employees on assignment, manage client assignment requests, business development and monitor the health and safety and conditions of client premises and operations.

Before becoming Branch Manager for Opt 4 Personnel, Greg was part of the first security operational management team based in Auckland throughout the Rugby World Cup 2011, deploying and managing large numbers of personnel. He had previously served many years in the New Zealand Defence Force here in Marlborough gaining vast experience in Personnel Management and delivering training to all rank levels.

Leanne Tardieu
Accounts/Administration

Leanne Tardieu, Office Administrator for Opt 4 Personnel is responsible for all office administration, reception, accounts and payroll. Leanne will also assist the Branch Manager in all aspects of employment documentation and co-ordination of staff.

Leanne was born and bred in Marlborough and for the most part has lived in Blenheim raising a family and running a business for the last 20 years.  She previously worked in the banking industry.

Leanne really enjoys interaction with people and thrives on providing our clients and employees with the best service possible.
