Kim Lewis, Managing Director of Opt 4 Personnel, is responsible for the clear direction of the business and its team. Maintaining the values of our quality contract labour service across various sectors and providing our temporary staff with employment opportunities and responsible leadership are fundamental to our services. She is also the Health and Safety Officer for the company. After completing the site development of Duncannon Worker accommodation with David, Kim worked to actively build the team necessary to run an efficient site and recruitment service. She later took on the role of Operations Manager until mid 2012. Kim continues to assist Dave with their property development, both commercial and residential. She came from a career in Education loving her role as a secondary phys-ed teacher, BEd, Dip Tchg; before entering the world of property development. She lives in Marlborough with her husband Dave and their four children.

David Lewis, founded Opt 4 Personnel with his wife Kim in 2011. He is responsible for strategic planning and keeping the business moving forward towards its overall goals. This ensures that the management team maintains the professionalism and high standards Opt 4 Personnel stands for. With his ability to think outside the square and skills with business development, he has guided the team in creating a business with a solid foundation. David comes from a background in forestry and property development. After establishing Duncannon worker accommodation in 2009 and building a diverse client base, David and Kim then went on to develop Opt 4 Personnel. |

Tamsin Clark, joined the Blenheim office as Office Administrator July 2016 and is responsible for all administrative and accounts tasks within the Blenheim office. Tamsin moved to Marlborough from Auckland with her family in 2012 where Tamsin previously worked within the Freight Industry, Banking and more recently self-employed, assisting her husband with administration on their own business. Tamsin enjoys travelling with her family, the outdoors and tending to her small menagerie of animals. |
