This will involve a visit to your business site to assess the working conditions for the worker, and discuss your Health and Safety policies and procedures.

We’ll work hard to place suitable staff into your workplace. We ensure that all staff hold valid visas to work in New Zealand and provide all supplementary documentation upon request. If you require staff with special skills, let us source them for you. It’s the easy and convenient solution.

The Opt 4 Personnel staff also offer to complete a proportion of your workplace induction process. Let us know if we can help.

To Follow

Once staff are placed on Assignment in your business, we will meet with you to evaluate the productivity and effectiveness of the individual workers. It is important to us that you receive the best service possible.
